Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal healthy adults 2. Able to complete Stage 3 of Chester Step Test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects engaged in regular sports or vigorous physical activity 2. Obese individuals (BMI > 23 kg/m2) (Indian population)
