Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Patient undergoing primary skin closure in elective abdominal surgery having class I and class II wounds. • Age more than 18 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Wounds closed with subcutaneous drain • Abdominal wounds having associated stoma • Abdominal incisions less than 6cm(6). • Patients/ patient attenders who did not give consent to participate in study. • ASA grade three or more. • Cases involved in other studies
