Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with AKI and CKD with Serum Sodium levels 2. Patients having an indication of hemodialysis in the form of a. Refractory electrolyte disturbances b. Refractory metabolic acidosis c. Fluid overload d. Uremic signs and symptoms e. Advanced azotemia â?? Serum creatinine > 10 mg/dL and hyponatremia refractory to conservative management 3. Patients requiring blood flow of 100 â?? 150 ml/min and dialysate flow 300 ml/min during dialysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having known seizure disorder or another underlying neurological dysfunction. 2. Patients not having an indication of dialysis 3. Hemodynamically unstable patients
