Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: pregnant women with or without pre-eclampsia at the gestation of 20 weeks and above
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: multiple pregnancy, diabetes mellitus, chronic hypertension, any other cardiovascular disease, gout, connective tissue disorder, renal or liver disease, history of thromboembolism, history of any chronic illness, neural tube defect and other congenital malformation, patients with oral infection, poor oral hygiene and recent oral injuries, Maternal or fetal indication for iatrogenic preterm delivery
