Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chief complaint of kashtartava negative HIV, VDRL, HBsAG both married and unmarried patient using any type of analgesic during menses patients suffering with kashtartava for more than 2 consecutive cycles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients suffering from secondary dysmenorrhea patient having organic pathology of uterus patient suffering from systemic disease patient with abnormal values in LFT, RFT and RBC who need emrgency care patient having dysfunctional uterine bleeding patient using OCP/IUCD patient with history of thyroid dysfunction
