Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients of age group between 18 to 30 years. Uncomplicated patients of any parity who have undergone vaginal delivery with episiotomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Third and Fourth degree Perineal tears. Patients having blood coagulopathy or with local varicosity . Patients with any local or systemic infection. Patients with severe systemic disease like diabetes mellitus. Patients with severe vulval oedema due to pre-eclampsia. Elderly Primi Patient.
