Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Surgical residents willing to volunteer and practise Transcendental Meditation regularly

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Surgical Residents who are practicing some form of Yoga or other meditation b) Surgical Residents with cardiovascular/ neurological/ endocrinological disorders will be excluded.
