Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Clinicians 1. Participation in the training workshop 2. Very good level of English and Hindi 3. Pain specialist or physician with >=3 years of experience with chronic pain (second phase only) 4. Available at the study center until the end of the data collection. For Patients 5. Only patients who give their informed consent. 6. Age more than 18 years 7. Pain for longer than 3 months 8. Able to communicate in English or another language spoken by the clinician. 9. Able to participate in a structured diagnostic process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not Willing to participate (for both clinicians and patients) 2. Age less than 18 year (for patients) 3. Pain less than 3 month (for patients)
