Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from classical signs and symptoms of Greevastambh with special reference to cervical spondylosis. 2.Patients between 35 years to 60 years of age. 3.Patient willing and able to participate in the study for 14 days and follow up period of 30 days. 4.Patient fit for Nasya Karma and Shirobasti Karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from any acute diseases,infectious diseases,metabolic diseases,chronic diseases (like rheumatoid Arthritis, DM, Gout,TB, SLE, Ankylosing spondylitis etc.) or major systemic disorders that may interfere with the course of treatment, Stenosis of Spinal Canal, Myelopathy (MRI optional). 2.Pregnant ladies
