Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20-60 years of both the sexes American Society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) grade I and II Patients posted for lower abdominal and lower limb surgeries under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical disorders like hypo or hyperthyroidism, morbid obesity drug allergy, compromised cardiopulmonary functions and neuromuscular diseases, cesareansection were excluded
