Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects with any of the following symptoms will be included in the study 1.Fever 2.Loss of appetite 3.Diarrhoea 4.Stomach bloating 5.Malaise 6.Constipation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children below 3 years and above 12 years 2.Fever due to systemic illness 3.Pyrexia of unknown origin 4.Fever associated with urinary tract infections 5.Irritable bowel syndrome 6.Severe dehydration
