Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Were in the age group of 20 to 42 years and attending gynae OPDs of Vani Vilas Hospital Were willing to participate in the study Who can read and converse either in Kannada or English or both

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with history of psychiatric illness and undergoing treatment for the same With co morbid conditions such as morbid obesity cardiac and neurological diseases etc With contraindications to take-up Yoga and exercise
