Intervention1: Kandathri legium: Kandathiri legium 10g/bd for 48 days. Control Intervention1: Mukutennai: Mukutennai 10 ml once in three days for 48 days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with the C/O pain and tenderness of knee joint pain worse while walking swelling present in knee crepitation present while walking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with known H/O DM Tubercular arthritis Rhuematoid arthritis septic arthritis Gouty arthritis Secondary osteoarthritis
