Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult chronic liver disease patients who had undergone LDLT between Jan 2017 and Dec 2019 at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Paediatric patients, Acute liver failure patients, Acute on chronic liver failure patients, Patients with moderate to severe HPS, preoperative severe restrictive/ obstructive lung diseases, Patients who had postoperative transfusion of blood and blood products within 48 hours of surgery.

MeasureTime frame
To find the correlation between the amount of intraoperative packed red blood cells, fresh frozen plasma, cryoprecipitate, platelets transfusion and postoperative pulmonary complications after living donor liver transplantation.Timepoint: 48 hours

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Time of extubationTimepoint: 14 days;To find the correlation between the amount of intraoperative transfusion of FFP, platelets, cryoprecipitate and postoperative acute kidney injury after living donor liver transplantation.Timepoint: 48 hours;To find the correlation between the amount of intraoperative transfusion of FFP, platelets, cryoprecipitate with length of ICU and hospital stay.Timepoint: 60 days;To find the correlation between the amount of intraoperative transfusion of FFP, platelets, cryoprecipitate with the incidence of portal venous thrombosis(PVT) and hepatic artery thrombosis (HAT) .Timepoint: 7 days
