Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Patients presenting with clinical symptoms of hypothyroidism b. Patients had to fulfill the diagnostic criteria for hypothyroidism c. Patients of all sex,religion and socio economic condition d. Patients willing to do laboratory investigation when required for the study e. Patients willing to participate in the study of clinical work and give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Pregnant women, lactating women b. Malignant diseases or any other systemic diseases that require emergency aids c. Patients undergoing homoeopathic treatment for chronic diseases within last 6 months d. Substance abuse and or dependence e. Patients unwilling to participate in the study of clinical work and unwilling to give informed consent

| Outcome assessment of the symptoms of the patients during regular follow up will be made by using Zulewski score. scoring of signs and symptoms of hypothyroidism will be done using Zulewski score for all the patients. The Zulewski score categorizes the patients into three. Total score is 12.
