Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Weight stable over a period of 2 weeks (definition based on consensus) 2. BMI = 18.5 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adults on any medication 2. Any morbidity or history of any of the chronic diseases
