Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy subjects (ASA-1) with no contraindication for periodontal surgery Presenting defects in maxillary anterior region requiring either implant placement or fixed prosthetic rehabilitation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any systemic disease that can interfere with surgical procedure. Smokers, Pregnant ladies and lactating women. Patient taking any medicine that can modify the results. History of bruxism / parafunctional habits.
