Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who are willing to participate and will give written consent will only be included. 2. The age group between the 21 - 60 year Males 3. Sperm count 4. Patient presenting with Pratyatma Lakshana of Shukrakshaya with semen samples suggestive of Oligozoospermia were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient not willing go for the study 2.Below the age of 21 and above 60 year 3.Sperm count > 20 million/ml 4.Patient with azoospermia and aspermia 5.Known case of genetic defects like Klinefelterâ??s syndrome. 6.Patient with known case of diseases like Varicocele, Accessory sex gland infection, STD, DM-2, HTN, T.B. ,Etc.
