Intervention1: IASTM using jade stone: This group will receive IASTM using jade stone, the participant will be in obers position, sweeping strokes will be given using jade stone from greater trochante

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-25years, both male and female athletes, BMI less than 25, sprinters involved in play atleast thrice a week, sprinters with positive obers test, subjects willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any previous knee trauma, surgery or knee abnormalities like patellofemoral joint pain, lateral miniscus injury, lateral collateral ligament sprain will be excluded from the study.
