Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject of age group 20-50 years Subjects fulfilling the criteria of Rome-III Questionaries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of anorectal disease like anal fissure, Fistula in ano, Cirrhosis of liver, renalfailure, congestive cardiac failure.
