Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lower abdominal elective surgeries, ASA grad 1 and 2,BMI 18.5 - 29.9, MPG score 1 and 2, and who have given valid consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Increased intracranial pressure,uncorrected coagulopathy,patients on anticoagulents, obvious spinal deformity, previous spinal surgeries, neurological disease, pregnancy, generalised edema of body, inadequate epidural block
