Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Those who are willing to participate and ready to give wtitten consent 2) Male and female individuals of age group from 20-70 years irrespective of gender, caste, religion, socio economic status & occupation will be selected 3) Cases: Diagnosed patients of Sandhigatvata presenting the clinical features highlighted in classical literature will be selected 4) Control: Healthy individuals both male and female as per COPCORD1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects having age below 20 and 70 years 2) Immunocompromised patient. 3) Pregnant women and lactating mothers 4) Cases having history of Tubercular Arthritis, Infective Arthritis, Gonococcus Arthritis, Syphilis Arthritis. 5) Those are not willing to participate in trial and not ready to give written consent.
