Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A) Patients with cyclic/ premenstrual mastalgia in premenstrual syndrome. B) Mastalgia severe enough to disturb the life style of a woman. C) Patients between menarche to menopause

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A) Patients suffering from hyperprolcatinaemia. B) Patients having history of or currently suffering from any malignancy, fibrocystic changes and breast lump. C) Antenatal patients and lactating mothers. D) Patients with withdrawals of oral contraceptive pills. E) Cyclic mastalgia with nodularity.
