Intervention1: KULATTHA (HORSE-GRAM) YUSHA Group-B(Trial): Administration of 160ml/day KULATTHA (HORSE-GRAM) YUSHA orally in Morning for Breakfast for 20 days along with conventional therapy in Group

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from MOOTRASHMARI only.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . Known patients of Systemic diseases like malignancy, Kochâ??s patients and medico-renal disease (M.R.D.) patient. 2. Known diagnosed patients of Renal failure, congenital disorder like ectopic kidney, horse shoe kidney, stricture at UV and PU junction, neoplasm. 3. Known Patients having severe Hydronephrosis/more than mild to moderate (i.e. Grade 4 of Hydronephrosis).

MeasureTime frame
A known diagnosed case having Ureteric calculus 5mm to 8mm of Age group 18 to 60 years with irrespective of gender will be selected and Diagnosis will be established on the basis of Investigation USG Abdomen and Pelvis Urine-routine and Microscopic and Haemogram before and after treatment to assess the outcomes primary secondary and final on the basis of time duration of treatmentTimepoint: Kulattha Yusha will be given as a treatment for mootrashmari on first day of trial along with Follow up for day 7th day 14th and 20th day will be taken

Diagnosis will be established on the basis of Investigation USG (Abdomen & Pelvis,Urine-routine-& Microscopic and Haemogram before and after treatment assessed on the basis of Udarshool (Pain in Abdomen site & intensity) As per visual analogue scale (V.A.S.) Sadaha mootra pravrutti (Burning Micturition) {Presence of Pus cell in Urine(R)} Sarakta Mootra Pravrutti (Presence of RBCâ??s in Urine) Size of Ashmari Numbers of Ashmari Site of Ashmari Timepoint: 20 days(0,7,14,20)
