Intervention1: Virtual Reality: The Virtual Reality viewer, along with a smartphone placed inside it, will be donned on the head by the participant. In each training session, smartphone-based VR games

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ambulatory children in induction or consolidation phase of treatment of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Children in the age group of 4-18 years Children with cardiorespiratory endurance falling within normative range as per age according to the 6 Minute Walk Test. Children able to follow commands.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with platelet count less than 30,000/μL Children with WBC count Children with ANC Children with sepsis Children pre-diagnosed with: 1. Cardiovascular disease 2. Acute or chronic respiratory disease 3. Acute or chronic bone, joint, muscular disorders or neuromotor deficits 4. Genetic disorders Children with auditory or visual impairments
