Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Diabetes mellitus type � more than 3 years span HbA1C:6.5 percentage or FBS: more than or equal to 126mg/dl 2. Tooth: Multirooted teeth 3. Having: Endo-Perio lesion Simon,1972) (All types of Endo-Perio lesions is included) 4. Radiographic bone loss upto or below the coronal third of root. 5. Periodontal pocket more than 3mm 6. Age group: 30 years to 75 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: B. Exclusion criteria: 1. Root canal treated teeth 2. Fracture or cracked teeth if identified after diagnosis in CbCT will also be excluded 3. Intracoronal or extracoronal restoration should not be present
