Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In-patients with hemiparesis; Mini mental state examination score > 25; MRC grade 2 or more in upper limb; Willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic to the use of plastic material; Duration of admission less than one week
