Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with T1DM who consent to participate in the study, age between 12 to 17 years (adolescent), both genders, HbA1c level between 7-10%, T1DM of for 6 months-2 years of diagnosis, and who is on insulin administration will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those associated with DM complications such as Kidney problem, Retinopathy, or any other co-morbidity such as Epilepsy, Physical disability, chronic infection, HIV and liver cirrhosis, repeated episodes of infection like cold and fever, episodes of hypoglycemia more than 5 times in a week, during the intervention, will be excluded.
