Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: primigravida and multigravida having per vaginal bleeding up to grade 3 with or without pain in abdomen in first trimister of pregnancy patients below age 35 years cervical os closed sonographic evaluation of the live intrauterine pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients having per vagina bleeding in second and third timister missed abortion blightned ovum molar pegnancy invetiable abortion patients havng grade 4 vaginal bleeding Gestational diabetes mellitus Cervical polyp Medical and surgical complication Haematological disoders
