Inclusion criteria: ASA Physical status 1-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient refusal 2. patients with morboid obesity (BMI >40) 3. patients with cardiac disease 4. patients with systolic blood pressure 5. patients with pathologies of larynx and pharynx
