Intervention1: Group -A In this group patients will be treated with shigru kwath orally: 40-80 ml shigru kwath given orally thrice a day. Intervention2: Shigru Kwath: 40-80 ml shigru kwath given ora

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary stone First time stone formation Renal stone size up 15mm Bladder and uretric stone size up to 10mm Radiographic and or USG evidence of stone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Renal Failure Malignancy Case which requird surgical intervention Severe haematuria Renal stone size more than 15mm Bladder and uretric stone size more than 10mm Know case of co-morbidity Retention of urine Renal dyscrasis secondry stone
