Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age: 40-70 years 2)ASA GRADE: patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status (ASA-PS) 3 and 4 3)Patients undergoing OPCAB surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PATIENT refusal 2. Patient with severe pulmonary, hepatic or renal diseases 3. Allergy to any of the drugs used in the study 4. Patients with pre-existing peripheral neuropathies 5. Pre-existing infection or lesion at block site
