Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All children aged 1 month to 18 years who are intubated and placed on mechanical ventilation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children on NIV. Children who are hemodynamically unstable. Children who are already on High Frequency Oscillatory ventilation. Children with large pleural effusions, Children with ICD in situ, empyema, Ascites, Intra abdominal hypertension ( >12mmHg), Mediastinal mass. Refusal of consent to participate in study.
