Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: With flaccid upper limb monoparesis/hemiparesis/quadriparesis admitted in neurology ward of Sir Sundarlal Hospital, Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with large ischemic infarct or hemorrhage needing Intensive Care Unit, hemodynamic instability, respiratory distress or on ventilatory support, CNS infection, major head trauma, planned surgical procedure (e.g., decompressive hemicraniectomy) or post-operative cases, hepatic or kidney disease, fracture or limb deformity, malignancy or withdrawal of consent
