Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Ages 2-8 years 2. ASA 1 and 2 3. Elective surgeries of less than or equal to two hours 4. Parental/guardianâ??s consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Weight >25 kg 2. Emergency surgeries 3. Active respiratory tract infections 4. Risk of aspiration 5. Congenital heart diseases 6. Facial abnormalities 7. Anticipated difficult intubation 8. Anticipated postop NICU PICU stay
