Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 7- 16 years old children with at lleast 2 carrious permanent molars with ICDAS score of 4-5. Class 1 caries involvement by GV Blacks classification. Petient who are not us8ng antibiotics during the study or atleast 3 months prior to initiation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Definitely negative by Frankls behaviour rating scale. Parent consent not obtained. Patient with systemic systemic diseases. Patients with spontaneous pain and sensitivity,tooth mobility,fistula and oedema. Patients with periodontal diseases. Presence of radiolucency in peri apical and furcation area.
