Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males between the age of 18-25 years History of ankle sprain in the past Ankle instability: IdFAI (Identification of functional ankle instability) score more then 11 or equal to 11

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of fracture requiring realignment or any surgeries for lower limb Acute musculoskeletal injury in the past 3 months
