Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with first episode of stroke. 2.Patients who had upper or lower or both extremity motor impairment. 3.Patients who had stroke for less than one year. 4.Patient who are able to understand Hindi and/English. 5.Patient stroke disability level is mild or moderate based on Modified Rankin scale. 6.Patient age group between 18-60 years of age. 7.Patient who were on treatment for 7 days duration in hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with visual deficit 2.Patients who had fracture on stroke affected extremities 3.Patient with hearing impairment 4.Patient stroke severity level is severe stroke based on Modified Rankin scale.
