Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Individuals within the age group of 40-70 years. 2)Individuals with history of any neurological condition resulting in upper limb spasticity. 3)Individuals with Brunnstrom stage of 4 and 5 who are able to understand commands. 4)Individuals with Chedoke McMaster Assessment score of >=3. 5)Individuals who do not show a hyperreactive response to Cold Pressor test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals that received bothulin injection in the last 4 months or who are on antispastic drugs. 2.History of peripheral vascular diseases. 3.Individuals with cardiovascular diseases. 4.Uncontrolled Hypertension 5.Individuals with reduced and altered sensations. 6.Subjects with Peripheral Neuropathy. 7.Cold urticaria. 8.Ulcers and skin lesions on the hand.
