Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Patients Coming To Emergency Department with Out Of Hospital Cardiac Arrest.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hard signs of death, Failure to obtain Blood gas analysis within 5 minutes,Patients with Do Not Resuscitate status,Not consenting to be part in this study,Age less than 18 years,From circumstantial causes like Trauma,Hanging,Drowning.

The primary outcome of this study is to find out the survival at the time of hospital discharge.Timepoint: 18 months

Secondary outcome of this study is to assess the neurological status at the time of discharge.Timepoint: 18 months
