Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neonates younger than 35 weeks of gestational age requiring respiratory support (Nasal CPAP/ HHHFNC/ NIV/ SIMV) AND 2. Neonates weighing less than 2000 grams requiring respiratory support (Nasal CPAP/ HHHFNC/ NIV/ SIMV) 3. Requiring one or no inotropes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neonates with major congenital anomalies 2. Post-operated patients 3. Neonates with persistent pulmonary hypertension 4. Chest tube in-situ 5. Necrotising Enterocolitis Stage 2b and 3 6. Neonates with Umbilical venous catheter or Umbilical arterial catheter in situ 7. Neonates with Grade 3 or Grade 4 Intraventricular haemorrhage
