Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Normal Individuals 2) Normal BMI / Overweight 3) Age 20-40 (Both Genders) 4) Individual willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Obese Individuals (May have reduced respiratory muscle Strength) 2) Individuals with history of any oral pathology (Will have problem while breathing in and out) 3) Individuals with any respiratory or lungs disorder (will have reduced respiratory muscle strength) 4) Individuals with neurological conditions involving respiratory problems (will have reduced respiratory muscle strength) 5) Chronic smokers (will have reduced respiratory muscle strength) 6) Individuals with respiratory tract infection within two weeks of data collection (will have reduced respiratory muscle strength 7) recent history of COVID
