Inclusion criteria: Shod and Barefoot /Minimalist runners running since 2yrs Running 25km/week Pace - 7min/km BMI : 18.5-22.9kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Runners recently transitioned to Shod or Barefoot /Minimalist running Any lower limb injuries not related to running
