Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Subjects with stroke confirmed on MRI or CT scan. -Ability to walk independently at least 10 meters.(with/ without Assistive device) -No fall history within 1 year before stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Subjects with any musculoskeletal disorders, neurological disorders, and any other cardio respiratory disorders. - Patients who are critically ill. - Patients with cognitive defects

MeasureTime frame
- Modified fall efficacy scale will be use to evaluate the fear of falling in stroke patients. - Gait Parameters (Step length, stride length, cadence) will be taken. - Dynemic gait Index for the stroke Patients will be taken. - Gait velocity will be calculated from Gait parameters. Timepoint: - Base line at time of discharge At end of 1st , 2nd and 3rd Month
