Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed cases of BPH along with lower urinary tract symptoms. 2.Age group between 50 â?? 80 years age. 3.Grade 1 and 2 Prostate enlargement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of 1.Diabetes mellitus 2.Stricture urethra 3.Prostate carcinoma 4.Idiopathic bladder neck obstruction 5.Bladder neck hypertrophy 6.Renal failure 7.Prostate calculi 8.Neurogenic bladder
