Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who gave informed and written consent Patients diagnosed to have temporal bone fracture by computerised tomography scanning

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who didnâ??t give informed or written consent Patients with pre existing ear problems and severe injuries to brain parenchyma which hampered their ability to respond to pure tone audiometry Unconscious and uncooperative patients Patients unable to do followup due to coexisting morbidities
