Intervention1: Namsakaradi ointment: 5 gm local application twice a daily for 15 days Control Intervention1: Anovate cream: 5 gm local application twice a daily for 15 days

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Classical signs and symptoms of parikartika like constipation perianal itching anal pain sphincter spasm burning sensation and per rectal bleeding patients willing to participate in clinical study with written consent both acute and chronic fissure in ano will be taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other systemic illness like malignancy Hbsag retro virus positive patients patients diagnosed with internal piles fistula in ano and abscess Diagnosed case of Crohns disease and ulcerative colitis
