Inclusion criteria: There is no any stringent criteria to select the patients. Acoording to plant surgery the patients were checked. Our study is just to observe the comfortness and effectiveness after implementing the strategy

The primary out to check the efficient of adopted technique. The above-described technique was made to divert the exhaled air from the patient to out-side the OR to avoid potential infection transmission from asymptomatic patients to health care workers (HCWs).Timepoint: Assessment carry out after 1 week; The above-described technique was made to divert the exhaled air from the patient to out-side the OR to avoid potential infection transmission from asymptomatic patients to health care workers (HCWs).

Just basic experiment set up. we are not looking for any outer out come. To protect the doctors and other HCWs in the OR from the potential infection risk from an asymptomatic infected patient, the authors came up with a customized device design. The presented device and technique are easy to replicate, delivers desirable results constantly with minimal financial implications.Timepoint: 6 Months for repetition of the study with health individual and patients
