Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients fulfilling the American College of Rheumatology clinical classification criteria of diagnosis of Osteoarthritis. 2. Patients willing to give Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient requiring emergency medical and surgical intervention 2.Pregnancy or Breast feeding 3.Acute mental disorders 4.Serious acute organic disease 5.Patients having Serious chronic comorbidity 5.Patients suffering from Blood coagulation disorders

Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index (WOMAC) It is widely used in the evaluation of Knee Osteoarthritis. Pain (5 items) Stiffness (2 items) Physical Function (17 items) The scores for each subscale are summed up, with a possible score range of 0-20 for Pain, 0-8 for Stiffness, and 0-68 for Physical Function. Usually a sum of the scores for all three subscales gives a total WOMAC score Timepoint: The outcome assessment will be done at follow ups after 6 months and 12 months—
