Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1 Diagnosed cases of Thalassemia Major. 2 Age groups: 02 -12 years of either sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Children below 02 year and above 12 years of age. 2 Patients having HIV, HBV infection, Hepatic failure, DM, TB. 3 Patient having BT interval for less than 12 days. ï?¼ Patient undergone splenectomy.
